Raylene is the co-founder and Business Manager at SparksNT, and brings critical business insight that drives the company forward. Her deep understanding of every facet of the business is fundamental to SparksNT’s continued success and operational excellence.

Lauren Hyder

Maria Petrakis-Droullis

Communications Manager

A communications specialist, Maria brings a dynamic 17-year legacy in construction, with 7 years dedicated to Defence Base Services contracts. Her expertise in project management and stakeholder relations is highly regarded, earning recognition from Defence for her pivotal role in delivering comprehensive exercise services from 2017 to 2023 with Ventia.

Jaymon Nowland

Construction Manager

With 17 years in the construction sector, Jaymon’s expertise stretches from residential builds to major projects for the Defence Department and Shell’s East Arm Supply Base. With 7 years specialising in NT Defence Bases, he’s adept at enhancing infrastructure and creating modular spaces vital for Defence operations.
